‘Tashan’ is a flop, so why are Big B and Ramu laughing out loud?
Its been less than a week that the movie hit the big screen, and Bollywood critics and fans are comfortably declaring ‘Tashan’ to be one of the biggest flops of the year despite the great star cast and of course the big budget.
Big B, posted a SMS that he received from filmmaker Ramu which read, “’Sarkar’, people are saying that ‘Tashan’ is as bad as ‘Aag’ so, if ‘Sholay’ has set the benchmark for the ultimate hit then, the least I achieved with ‘Aag’ is that I made it a benchmark for the ultimate flop Ha.. Haa…”
That’s not all as Ramu is reconsidering remaking ‘Aag’ as he feels that when ‘Shiva’ bombed, the remake ‘Satya’ was a superhit then, the ‘Drohi’ remake ‘Company’ was a blockbuster so, he is feels that he can do the same with ‘Aag’.
Great thought Ramu, but we are not sure if Big B is ready to wear the Gabbar garb again; a sight that was a lot scarier than his ‘Bhootnath’ avatar, at least to his fans.
