With the release of his new film, Bachna Ae Haseeno, he was featured on the cover of Filmfare magazine. So is Ranbir Kapoor the next Bollywood heartthrob? Well he’s got the famous father - Rishi Kapoor, a big banner film house behind him - Yash Raj Films, and a smokin’ hot girlfriend - Deepika Padukone… Seems like all the ingredients are there! But this is B-Town we’re talking about, so who knows what the future holds. Ishmeet Singh, a young teenager from Ludhiana, who went on to become the ‘Voice of India’, is no longer with us. The 19-year old singer from Punjab arrived at Maldives on Tuesday July 29th morning to perform for a musical which was to be hosted on Friday.
Ishmeet along with his friends headed for a swim at the pool at Hotel Chaaya Island Dhonveli in North Male; an official from the resort confirmed, “Ishmeet had been frolicking in a shallow pool meant for children on Tuesday and later jumped into the deep-end of the main swimming pool and had immediately run into difficulty.” Ishmeet was rushed to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead on arrival. His sudden and untimely death has come as a big shock to his family in Ludhiana and the Bollywood music industry.
Ishmeet’s dad Gurpinder and his mom are completely devastated by his death. Ishmeet had made his entire Sikh community proud by becoming the first Sikh to win a reality show; meanwhile, all Sikh schools in Delhi would remain closed on Wednesday, July 30th in the wake of the unfortunate incident; they want to pay tribute to the Singh, who was truly the King.

Her debut film, Fashion, hasn’t even hit theatres yet, but Mugdha Godse’s already getting international film offers, a French film in particular, in which Mugdha was asked to go topless! Sorry to burst your bubble boys, seems like Mugdha’s turned down the role, because she doesn’t feel comfortable doing nude scenes. But all hope isn’t lost for those that can’t get enough of her shapely curves… Mugdha says she’s willing to wear bikinis, swimsuits and even kiss on screen if the part requires it. Akshay Kumar Takes ‘Singh is Kinng’ Across the World
Seems like Akshay Kumar is taking Singh is Kinng mania across the world with the help of the Unforgettable Tour. Akshay was able to promote the film in Toronto, the same day as his performance for the tour… convienient isn’t it? But that wasn’t enough for Akshay, as he also promoted the film in Los Angeles where he’s been busy shooting for another film, Kambakht Ishq. And before that Akshay was in Chicago shooting the video for the Singh is Kinng title track with Snoop Dogg.
